Reliable workflow handlingOcean Cloud Connect can process EMR-bound messages in real time and use a queue to retry work during connectivity issues, helping protect against data loss.
Reminders and alertsDepending on the Ocean Site configuration, it can support scheduled patient reminders and alerts, including appointment reminders where available.

Does ProfileMD collect patient medical information?

Public ProfileMD pages do not collect patient-specific medical information. Clinical questions, photos, documents and readings belong in the clinic-approved secure system.

Do I need Ocean?

No. Verified can work with existing clinic-approved links. Ocean Cloud Connect, Smart Intake and some Care Pathways rely on the clinic’s own Ocean account or comparable secure system.

Does WhatsApp Pro answer clinical questions?

No. It is administrative only: menus, reminders and notices. Clinical questions are routed to an approved secure destination.

Are Care Pathways remote monitoring?

No. They are scheduled education, questionnaires and reminders. They are not continuous monitoring, emergency response or autonomous clinical decision-making.

Does ProfileMD replace the clinic website?

No. It complements the clinic website with a maintained physician-focused profile and a clearer front door for approved next steps.

Are these prices final?

No. This page is an internal V2 simulation. Pricing, scope, third-party fees and launch capacity require final commercial approval before publication.
